I don't charge for tax or for a trip fee and although you would pay for parts, if parts are needed, I don't make a profit on parts.  I don't collect any money until the computer is repaired.  I also don't collect any money if the computer is too old to repair or beyond repair.  And if the computer is to old to repair or beyond repair I will help with getting you into another computer, refurbished or new, that will best fit you and your budget.

If you live out of my State of Colorado or you live in Colorado but are to far from Denver you can ship your computer to me via FedEx.  I'll ship it back to you when complete and we can communicate via phone and email through the entire process.  Contact me for more information and details.

FYI:  Other computer shops/computer techs charge: $75.00 and up per hour and per every computer for home users and $95.00 and up per hour per every computer for home office users and business users.  Charge you for trip fees, make a profit on parts, charge tax and still charge you for looking at your computer even if the computer is too old to repair or beyond repair.
